Complete Office Supplies (COS) are the University's approved contractor for supply and delivery of Stationery and associated line items direct to end user (desktop delivery). Authorised School/Divisional staff are able to order direct from the COS website, via the COSnet Internet order system.

In addition to a standard range of stationery, COS stock a range of Customer Specific Products for the University of Newcastle that include:

Schools/Divisions should contact the Procurement Section to register staff as authorised users, for training and any other system related enquiries.

As part of the University's strive for better performance and best practices with our current Contractual Suppliers for office supplies (COS) we would like to remind staff that the Procurement section welcomes any feedback you may have concerning the pricing, service and performance at any time.
