Kelly, a Student Enquiry Centre worker is in the process of accepting a special consideration application from a student. The student has submitted a number of documents regarding their personal and health circumstances and Kelly places them on the photocopier while she serves another student. When Kelly returns to collect the documents, a colleague is reading them and comments that they know this student’s parents and had no idea they were dealing with so many issues.
