About the Guide

The regional MovingOn Guide - Hunter/Central Coast/Taree for students and people with disability or ongoing medical condition has been compiled and produced by the National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO Newcastle/Hunter). The Guide contains detailed information on all post-school pathways, and is designed to assist staff and students with disability explore what options are available. It will also be a useful tool for people with disability in the community, however, only school leavers are eligible for the ADHC "Community Participation" and "Transition to Work" Programs.

How Do I Get One?

  • Download from this page
  • The NDCO can email a copy to you - contact kay.dean@newcastle.edu.au
  • It is provided on CD at the annual Expos for students and staff (see the What's On page)
  • Limited numbers of hardcopies will also be made available to high school representatives and disability services for distribution or use
