About the Directory

The regional Hunter/Central Coast School Leavers Directory for students with a disability or ongoing medical condition has been compiled and produced by the National Disability Co-ordination Officer (NDCO Newcastle/Hunter).

The Directory contains detailed information on all post-school pathways, and is designed to assist staff and students with a disability explore what options are available. It will also be a useful tool for people with a disability in the community, however, only school leavers are eligible for the DADHC "Community Participation" and "Transition to Work" Programs.

New Version

The 2008 Directory has been finalised in time for regional School Leaver Expos, which usually commence in June each year. Whilst provided on CD at the Expos for students and staff, limited hardcopies will also be made available to high school representatives.
