Mental Health

Good mental health is an essential element of one's wellbeing. As such, it is important to look after your mental health whilst studying at Uni. This can be difficult, and at times circumstances can impact both your mental health and emotional wellbeing. If this becomes an issue for you, the University Counselling Service can provide you with free and confidential support. Click the below link to visit the Counselling Service website.

If you are currently receiving treatment for an existing mental health issue, then you are eligible for assistance from Disability Support. Disability Support can assist you with study help as well as support for special consideration.

Help is also available at our health service. We have qualified doctors specialising in psychology that may be able to help. Don't forget to make an appointment and mention that you'd like to see someone who specialises in this area.
