Access to the lift is next to the photocopy room.

The Short Loans room is on the right. Short Loans is where lecturers, tutors and teachers place material that is essential for your course.

Articles, books and videos may be taken from the room for 2 hours to other parts of the Library by taking them to the Short Loans Service point at the Loans Desk and having them checked out. The return chute for these items is under the Short Loans Service point sign.

Books may also be borrowed overnight by being checked out in the 2 hours before the Library closes but must be back by the time the Library opens the next day. Fines for overdue Short Loans books are $2.00 per hour or part thereof.
