Re-shelving & Group Study Rooms

 Continue

Walking towards the exit gates, on the left you will notice the toilets and black shelves marked RESHELVING. This is for material that you have been using in the Library but have not borrowed.

On your left is the end of the collection, numbers ranging up to 999. These books are shelved in DEWEY order.

As you progress you will see to the right a corridor that leads to 4 group study rooms. These rooms can be booked at the Loans Desk. Group study rooms can be booked for a maximum of 2 hours by students, for study use only.

Each of these rooms is fitted with a white board and eraser. You supply your own markers or they can be purchased at the Loans Desk. Each room has a personal computer, a video player and monitor as well as an overhead projector which makes these rooms great for preparing class presentations. Group Study Room 4 also has a plasma screen to enable students to practice PowerPoint presentations.
