The next room you come to is the photocopy room. Just at the entrance there is a machine for adding credit to your student card that then enables you to photocopy or print. Please read the instructions carefully and if you have any questions ask at either the Loans or Information Desks.

Black & white photocopying and printing is 11 cents per page, colour printing is 50 cents per side. The machine will take coins or notes but doesn’t give change. The library staff cannot supply change. Any credit added to your card will remain until you have used it.

Inside the Photocopy room there is a guillotine, a binder and 3 photocopiers. To use the copiers swipe your card in the machine on the table next to the copier. Value is automatically deducted each time you copy a page. When you have completed copying press the finish button. This prevents anyone else having access to the credit on your card.

There are 3 AV carrels in this room, with television, video, DVD and audio cassette access. To use these you will need a pair of headphones. You can either bring your own or purchase some from the Loans Desk.
