Upon entering the Library you will see the Loans Desk on your left.  This is where you can bring any material you wish to borrow. You can borrow up to 15 books at a time.

Also at the Loans Desk is the self check unit. This enables you to check out any non-audio visual items you wish to borrow without having to queue at the Loans desk.  To use this unit you will need a Library PIN. Instructions for setting this up are in the Getting Connected Guide (available from any of the University Libraries), or ask at the Information Desk. A receipt will be issued giving the date due.

You can renew items you have borrowed in a number of ways. By phone, over the internet at home, or any of the University Libraries.

You can return your books to any of the university Libraries regardless of where they have been borrowed. There are 24 hour return chutes at all Campuses.
