In the middle of the Library is the Information Desk. The Information Desk is where to go if you need assistance using the catalogue, the internet or any of the databases available. We are also able to help you find material for your assignment. This is where you can book in to one of the many classes offered by the Library on a range of topics that are designed to assist you with your studies.

We have Client Services Librarians for each of the schools on campus. Appointments can be made with your Client Services Librarian.

Also at the Information Desk is the IT Rover helpdesk. If you have any problems that are IT related including passwords, printing and wireless access for your laptop, please come and see the staff at this desk.
