It's time for your library's customer satisfaction survey. Your honest input is valued and we hope that your feedback will help us to identify what you think is important, how we are performing in these areas, and where we can make improvements. We also use the survey results to plan for future projects. For example: In response to requests in previous surveys for more computers and greater access we have developed the 24 hour environments in the AIC at Callaghan, the CHIC in the City Precinct, and the OIC at Ourimbah.
To show our appreciation for taking the time to fill out the survey we are giving a free coffee (redeemable only at the campus cafes listed below) to every person who completes the online or paper questionnaire, as well as a chance to win a gift card from Coles/Myer.
Fill in a survey either in print or online
Once you have picked up your coffee voucher you can redeem it at the cafe indicated on your voucher. This will depend on where you hand in your survey.
Participating outlets:
To go into the draw to win a Coles/Myer gift card just write your name and address on the back of your coffee voucher and staff will drop it into the box at the cafe you get your coffee from. Online only students will have an entry placed in the draw on their behalf if they check the 'I am an off-campus student' box after filling in their email details on the last page of the online survey. Winners will be notified by email or telephone after the survey period. Prizes will be drawn in the week beginning the 1st September, 2008.
