How to make a room booking at Ourimbah

Rooms are for the use of University of Newcastle students and TAFE students who are enrolled at the Ourimbah Campus. Please see staff at the Loans Desk or Phone 43484020

Rooms are for group study purposes, 2-8 persons per room, and are not intended for individual use.
Individual quiet study areas are available on the ground floor, and with PC access in Training Lab 1 & 2.

Students may make only one 2 hour booking per day

for one of the four Ourimbah Library group study rooms.
However, once the student has used the original booking and returned the key, they may then make another booking for that day if a room is available.

Please ensure:

That you have your student card.

That the room is booked in the name of the student, and the student who has made the booking borrows the key.

Keys are borrowed from, and returned to the Loans Desk.

Fines apply for late return of key.

NOTE: If room key is not borrowed within 10 minutes of the booked time, the booking may be given to another patron.
