Port Macquarie Campus Library is a joint-use facility available for students enrolled in courses from both the University of Newcastle and TAFE NSW.

The Library holds copies of set texts, recommended readings and other material for courses taught at Port Macquarie. Use the TAFE catalogue, TAFEcat, to search for titles held in the campus library.

Students must register with the Port Macquarie Library to receive a library borrowing card. Books, journals, DVDs and CDs may generally be borrowed for 2 weeks, although high demand items may only be available for short loan or 7 day loan.

University students may search the University library catalogue NEWCAT for useful material and get it inter-library service, to have selected books sent to Port Macquarie for loan. This system may also be used to request electronic copies of journal articles and book chapters. All University staff and students are automatically registered for get it.
