Using CCLHD Libraries
CCLHD Borrowing Rights
University of Newcastle students are able to use their university student cards to borrow items from the library, with the same borrowing rights as stipulated by the university libraries.
CCLHD Internet Account
A CCLHD Internet Account allows you to access Internet sites via computers linked to the Central Coast Health network. Medical students based at CCLHD as part of their course are issued with an account, which is monitored and managed by Central Coast Health, not the University.
Please note: University Internet logins are not active at CCLHD sites, however University of Newcastle students do not require a CCLHD Internet Account to access library resources, which include: ·
- Books
- Journals
- Databases
- The University of Newcastle website
- Blackboard
Photocopying & Printing
Black and white A4 size photocopying and printing are available in the Gosford Hospital Library, for 11c per copy.
Although the charge system is the same as at the other campuses, credits added at Gosford can only be used at Gosford. Likewise, credits added at the other locations are not available for use in the Gosford Hospital Library.
