The planned upgrade to the Library's system is progressing well and ahead of schedule. While some testing of behind-the-scenes staff modules is continuing, we are pleased to advise that both NEWCAT and Encore have been available from 8:45 am, 10.7.2013 and are now available for use, and database access has been fully restored.
