Getting material from other libraries

There are 2 ways to borrow material from other libraries:

1. BONUS+

We have a resource sharing arrangement with a number of other Australian libraries. To borrow items from these libraries:

  1. Search in our catalogue Newcat .
  2. Click on the green Bonus icon to bring up the holdings in other libraries
  3. Put a hold (use the Request button) on the item.

2. Use Get IT our online interlibrary loan request system

Get It is an online request system which allows you to request books and journal articles that we don't hold. You do not need to know where these items are held to ask for them.

You must register to use Get IT using the online form.

Requested material often arrives in electronic form so you can view it online through your Get IT service.

View more information on Get iT.
