Access to the Library's electronic resources is restricted to University staff and students. You need enter your Library or Student number and your Library PIN before you can access databases and electronic journals. A few databases temporarily still require that you set up the University proxy server details in your browser.

To login to use the Library databases and electronic resources you will be prompted for your Library number and your Library PIN.

Your Library PIN is created by you. It should consist of 4 to 6 numerals. Do not use alpha characters when creating your PIN number.

Staff on Campus
Staff, conjoints, affiliates, etc can register in person at the Loans Enquiry Desk in each Library. As a guide, in most cases registration can usually be processed on the same working day when the relevant forms have been completed.
Staff off Campus
A new online registration process has been implemented. To register for a Library card/number please complete the online form.
A small number of our databases require an additional password to gain access. Passwords are available by clicking here.
