Webspirs - Create a personal SDI. To set up an SDI, run a search, then click on the SDI tab. If you are a new user, register by clicking on the New User button. EBSCO - Set up a personal account to save searches as an Alert. From the Advanced Search Screen select the Search History/Alerts tab. Set up Journal Alerts from the Publication Details Screen.

Ingenta - Offers both tables of contents and subject profile alerts for registered users. You will need to set up a profile to use these services. To register, click on the 'Register' tab on the opening page then click on the 'personal' button. To save a search/alert, click on the 'Saved Searches' button, then on the 'saved searches and alerts' tab and sign in.

American Mathematical Association - A free service available to anyone wishing information on recently posted research articles in American Mathematical Society electronic journals. Register at the AMS home page: http://www.ams.org/jemail/

Scopus is a multidisciplinary database indexing 13, 450 peer reviewed titles in health, sciences, engineering, social sciences, psychology, and economics. Access over 25 million abstracts with coverage dating back to 1966, links to full text are available where subscriptions exist.

Springer-Verlag - New users need to register and returning users login using your SpringerLink username and password. TOCs - select or deselect publications from a list of titles or by subject. Keyword Alert - With Springer Keyword alerts, register a keyword and each time the keyword appears in a publication on SpringerLink, an e-mail notification is sent.

Ulrichweb provides access to Ulrich's International Periodicals Directory, Irregular Serials and Annuals, International Serials Database Update and other related resources.

A feature of the new ulrichsweb is the Lists feature, which allows users to save title data or search results in various lists. A user can start as many lists as s/he has wants to. Users can also add to, delete from, or modify any list to which they have access. Lists can be downloaded, e-mailed or printed. To set up a list use the ulrich's alert after you connect.
