Current/New Staff
Your staff identification card is also your library card and will be issued upon employment.
Please remember to carry your card at all times if you wish to borrow. Report lost cards to the Loans Desk staff immediately to prevent unauthorised use.

Affiliate Staff
Affiliate Staff should present an Affiliate Staff Registration Form, signed by the Head of Department, to the Loans Enquiries Desk stating details of their employment. You will then be issued a Library card.
Retired University Staff
Recently retired staff are eligible for free membership if they have completed a minimum of 5 years service and have maintained a good borrowing record. If you do not meet the criteria, you are eligible for Community membership.

Please Note: Membership for Retired University Staff does NOT include remote access to the internet or electronic library resources (including databases).
Members of staff who are undertaking University courses must use their student card to borrow course material.
All loans are subject to recall and must be returned when requested. Failure to return recalled material may result in the loss of borrowing privileges.
