Loan Periods for Students

Effective 14th February 2005

Undergraduate and Honours Students:

15 books for 2 weeks, some are limited to a 3 day loan
5 renewals
2 Short Loans items for 2 hours
15 curriculum resource items for varying loan periods
no journals

Postgraduate by Coursework and Postgraduate Diplomas:

20 books for 4 weeks, some are limited to a 3 day loan
3 renewals
2 Short Loans items for 2 hours
15 curriculum resource items for varying loan periods
2 journals for 3 days with 1 renewal only

Postgraduates (Ph.D.) or Postgraduate by Research

50 books for 12 weeks, some items are limited to a 3 day loan
1 renewal
2 Short Loans items for 2 hours
15 curriculum resource items for varying loan periods
6 journals for 3 days with one renewal only

All loans are subject to recall and must be returned when requested. Failure to return recalled material may result in the loss of borrowing privileges.

These borrowing privileges apply for the Auchmuty Library, the Huxley Library, the Ourimbah Campus Library and the Conservatorium of Music Library.
