L266-HP9050 is the default setting (black and white) or L266-HP9500 for the A4/A3 colour/B&W printer.

If you want to print A4 or A3 size to the colour printer you need to select L266-HP9500 in the print box. Your job will come out on the printer near the photocopiers. See costs for colour printing. The default settings for the colour printer are single sided, however you can print double sided. Instructions for printing A3
How do I print in black and white?
Unless the colour printer is chosen, your job will automatically print to the black and white printers. L266-HP9050 is the black and white queue. Your print will come out on either of the 2 large printers on the left in Print Central. The default setting for these printers is double sided.
Your can print A3 size black and white by selecting the L266-HP9500 in the print box and follow the instructions for A3 printing.
How do I print single or double sided?
When the print box opens, choose the printer as described above, then click on the Properties button to the right. Click the Finshing tab then select 'Print on Both Sides' box to print double sided, or click in the box to remove the tick to print single sided.
How do I check my printing balance?
You can find out your balance by swiping your card through the autoloader, checking the pop-up display when printing, or by using a swipe reader on a photocopier.
