What to bring to an appointment

  • Medicare or health insurance card
  • Health care concession card (see Centrelink for eligibility)
  • Any vaccination history.

Home Visits (Newcastle)

Home visits are available for patients who live in University accommodation or within fifteen minutes travelling time from the Callaghan campus, and are unable to attend the Health Service because of their medical condition.
