eCheckup is is an online survey that allows university students to enter information about their drinking patterns and receive feedback on their use of alcohol.
eCheckup To Go will prompt you to provide:
- demographic information
- information on your drinking patterns and
- family history
After you enter the information and submit the form eCheckup To Go processes the information you provide then gives you:
- personal feedback about your individual drinking and risk pattern AND
- compares your responses to national and local university norms
eCheckup To Go takes 6-7 minutes and requires a JavaScript enabled internet browser.
