Each year, the University of Newcastle presents awards to almost 5,000 graduates.
June 2013 Graduation Ceremonies
The next Graduation Ceremonies to be held at Ourimbah campus are scheduled for the 27 and 28 June 2013.
Registering to attend a ceremony
Registrations for the June Graduation Ceremonies are now open. Please go to the Graduation Ceremony Registration and Academic Dress Hire Form to register.

Collecting your graduation documents
When completing the Graduation Ceremony Registration and Academic Dress Form, if you indicate your preference to collect your graduation documents, they will be available from the Ourimbah Hub during normal business hours (9 am - 5 pm) from the 8 July 2013 to 12 July 2013.
Following the end of the collection period we will progressively mail all uncollected graduation documents.
Posting your graduation documents
If you indicated your preference to have your documents posted to your mailing address please ensure we have your most current mailing address on myHub. If you need to update your mailing address and no longer have access to myHub you can do so by emailing enrolments@newcastle.edu.au from your UoN email account. Graduation documents will be mailed by registered post AFTER the Graduation Ceremonies.
No documents will be sent out if you are indebted to the University. For enquiries regarding debts (including library fines and tuition fees) please contact Revenue on +61 2 4921 8876 or email: revenue@newcastle.edu.au.
