If you will not be attending the Callaghan graduation ceremony

If you are elibigle to attend one of the Callaghan graduation ceremonies scheduled for April 2013 you will be sent an invitation to your preferred email address approximately 6 weeks prior to the ceremony. If you will not be attending the graduation ceremony we still ask that you complete and submit the online Graduation Ceremony Registration and Academic Dress Form. In this form you may nominate to:

  1. Defer to a future graduation ceremony
  2. Collect your graduation documents (Testamur, AHEGS and transcript) because you cannot attend graduation
  3. Have your graduation documents posted because you cannot attend graduation

NOTE:  Graduation documents (Testamur, AHEGS and transcript) will be available for collection on dates specified below. Uncollected graduation documents will be progressively mailed after this time.

Defer to a future graduation ceremony

If you indicate your preference to defer your Graduation in the online Graduation Ceremony Registration and Academic Dress Form your documents will be held at the Graduations office until you attend your ceremony.

Collecting your graduation documents

If when completing the Gradtion Ceremony Registration and Academic Dress Form you indicate your preference to collect your graduation documents, they will be available from the Hunter Hub, Student Services Centre, Callaghan Campus during normal business hours (9am - 5pm) from the 17 April 2013 until the 30 April 2013.

Following the end of the collection period we will progressively mail all uncollected graduation documents.

Posting your graduation documents

If you indicated your preference to have your documents posted to your mailing address please ensure we have your most current mailing address on myHub. If you need to update your mailing address and no longer have access to myHub you can do so by emailing enrolments@newcastle.edu.au from your UoN email account. Graduation documents will be mailed by registered post AFTER the Graduation Ceremonies.

No documents will be sent out if you are indebted to the University. For enquiries regarding debts (including library fines and tuition fees) please contact Revenue on +61 2 4921 8876 or email: revenue@newcastle.edu.au.

What if I didn't fill in the online form but want my graduation documents posted

Again, please ensure we have your most current mailing address on myHub. If you need to update your mailing address and no longer have access to myHub you can do so by emailing enrolments@newcastle.edu.au from your UoN email account. Your graduation document will be mailed by registered post AFTER the end of the collection period.
