Linde Gas

The University has an Agreement with Linde Gas Pty Ltd to provide the University's bottled and bulk gases. This Agreement started on 8 August 2006 and has a term of three years. The Agreement expires on 7 August 2009.

Gas Supply Assistance

The current University policy for ordering gas supplies states that Linde should be the first contact to obtain bottled gas and bulk nitrogen. The only exemption is where supply through Linde is not available.

Before signing this Agreement, Linde distributed user kits to all known users. This user kit makes the process of ordering gases easier.

The information in the user kits enables users to contact Linde on any issue relating to the ordering and supply of gases. If you find Linde non-responsive to issues you raise, then please complete a 'raising issues form' to escalate your concerns further. This form is located in the Financial Services website. The Contract Management Unit will then liaise with Linde to work towards a resolution.
