Full Fee Paying International Students Deposit Fee Refund
International students who apply for a place at the University of Newcastle are required to pay a deposit fee when they receive an offer to study. Refunds of the deposit fee will be governed by the University of Newcastle's Refund Policy for Full Fee Paying International Students in Australia.
Please refer to the Policy before making an application for a refund of deposit.
Having read the policy, if you wish to continue please complete the Refund of Deposit for International Student Application Form.
To enable your refund to be assessed in a timely fashion, please ensure all supporting documention is included with your application.
The completed application along with supporting documentation can be emailed to fees@newcastle.edu.au or faxed to 61 2 49216937.
