Accessing GroupWise

From your desktop or laptop

The GroupWise client is installed on every University owned computer.
To open GroupWise:

Click on the Start button
Go to All Programs
Novell GroupWise
GroupWise
.

From a web browser

By using the GroupWise Web interface, you can access your non-archived email from anywhere you you have access to a web browser.

Enter your Uni-ID (Username) and GroupWise password to access the account. (The GroupWise password may be the same as your Internet password).
The look and feel of the web interface is different from the desktop client, however a user guide and help files are available within the application.

From your home computer

The University of Newcastle has negotiated a site licence for the GroupWise client. A site licence allows staff of the University to download the software to their personal computer.
A current Uni-ID and password are required to download this software.

Download clients, or software versions, for WindowsXP (suitable for Windows 7), Mac OSX and Linux
