Standard Desktop Software
University of Newcastle staff who have been allocated a University owned desktop or laptop computer have access to a range of software applications. This software is managed and distributed by IT Services in compliance with various software licence agreements.
A base level suite of general use software is installed on all Universtiy owned desktops and laptops at the point of deployment to the user. There is no cost to the individual or School/Faculty/Unit for this software.
