Mindfulness Meditation

The course is an introduction to Mindfulness Meditation practice. Mindfulness is a quality of consciousness found to promote health and well being. Participants will practice mindful awareness and learn about the key aims of meditation and how it can be used in daily life.

The next 8 week course begins on Monday, 8th April and is free to students and staff.
