The Black Dog Institute is a not-for-profit, educational, research, clinical and community orientated facility offering specialist expertise in depression and bipolar disorder.
A WA Health Dept site based on current evidence supported practice which provides information about depression and strategies for managing your mood.
Mood Gym aims to help you identify and overcome problem emotions and show you how to develop good coping skills for the future.
myCompass is an interactive self-help service that aims to promote resilience and wellbeing for all Australians. You can track your moods, write about them and view information and tips. You can also choose to do one of the modules designed to help you manage mild to moderate stress, anxiety and depression.
