If you’d like to know more about the Counselling Service or you wish to make an appointment, you can call in or phone us at either of our locations.
Counsellors are available for appointments from 9.00am-5.00pm weekdays.
Appointments are up to 50 minutes long and must be booked ahead.
If your appointment is your first apppointment with the Counselling Service, or your first appointment for the year, we ask for you to arrive 5-10 minutes before the booked appointment, so that you can complete our Counselling Service information sheet.

or attend a Walk-in appointment (if your need is urgent)
Mondays between 9-11am (please arrive as close to 9am as possible to ensure you can see a counsellor)
Wednesdays between 2-4pm (please arrive as close to 2pm as possible to ensure you can see a counsellor)
Thursdays between 2-4pm (these are being offered on Thursdays between 28th August and 27th November - please arrive as close to 2pm as possible to ensure you can see a counsellor).

Please note that you may choose to see a counsellor at the location most convenient to you.
After hours appointments can also be arranged if required.
In the case of an immediate crisis, you can request an emergency appointment.
These appointments are for students who have an immediate personal or academic crisis.
