Informal Staff Complaint
Both staff and students can contact a Faculty and Division Complaints Officer in order to seek advice or to make a complaint. The Complaints Officer will determine the nature of your complaint. If your complaint can be resolved informally, the Complaints Officer will attempt to resolve the complaint within 3 working days of the complaint being brought to their attention.
Faculty and Division Complaints Officer's are staff members who are appointed to:
- resolve informal complaints; or
- receive formal complaints in writing or document the formal complaint; and
- notify the formal complaint to the University Complaints Manager.
