Institutional Biosafety Committee

Institutional Bio-Safety Committee assists the University of Newcastle to meet the legislative requirements of the Gene Technology Act 2000, as well as monitoring microbiological practice against Australian Standards and other aspects of biosafety related to research, particularly in the life sciences.
