Capital Development Committee (CDC)

The Capital Development Committee is an advisory body that ensures the allocation of building space is in accordance with the University’s strategic priorities across its campuses; that the capital development of the University’s campuses / precincts is responsive to the University’s enterprise needs; that capital development is aligned with research and teaching objectives; and that capital investment delivers good business value within the constraints of budget funding.
