Education Services for Overseas Students 2nd Conference
Date: Wednesday 29th May - Friday 31st May 2013
Introduction
The 2nd ESOS Conference will be held in Sydney in May 2013. A consortium of NSW Universities make up the organising committee this year, including University of Newcastle, University of Western Sydney, University of New England, University of Notre Dame and Southern Cross University.
Attendees should include staff in higher education institutions that are involved in providing services that support student compliance with ESOS and related legislation.
This may include admissions officers, marketers, support officers, and many, many other roles.
The 2nd ESOS Conference is aimed at increasing opportunities for dialogue between staff in the education sector specialising in services for overseas students.
The conference will be hosted at the Four Points by Sheraton, Sydney, commencing Wednesday 29 May with a cocktail reception and a two day program of sessions on Thursday and Friday.
Guest Speakers
We are excited to confirm that TEQSA has committed to not only provide a keynote address but also to send other attendees to enjoy the conference!
Other speakers include Professor Hilary Winchester who completed a number of ESOS Audits in 2012 and Ms Eve Woodberry, PVC (Students and Social Inclusion), UNE.
Registration
Early bird registration is only $600 and available until Friday 29 March 2013. Standard registration is $730. Registration includes the cocktail reception, conference dinner and all sessions as well as a conference pack.
