Living in one of the 211 Evatt rooms has many advantages; not least of which is that it has the shortest walk to lecture classrooms. Evatt rooms are configured in five, six and ten bedroom units.

Living Arrangements
Each Evatt resident has a private room with a single bed, wardrobe, study desk, shelves, chair, mirror, notice board, desk lamp and heater. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared with other members of the unit. Residents are advised to bring their own linen and may wish to bring their own stereo, clock, photos, towels and hangers. The dining and lounge area is a popular area for student to socialise, relax and eat their meals with dining tables, chairs, lounge chairs, coffee tables and a television provided. Kitchens are fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, electric fry pan, microwave oven, electric stove and fridge/freezer. Residents are also provided with a pantry space to store their non perishable food items.
Self Contained Flats
Evatt also has two self contained flats with a double bed, private bathroom and kitchen for use by individuals or couples.
Services and Facilities
The Evatt Common Room is centrally located with a stereo system, television, pay TV, video and DVD player, newspapers, pool table and table tennis. Evatt also has two covered BBQ areas with picnic tables. The Evatt study room can accommodate between six and eight students for quiet study. The accommodation hub also has a number of computers with the internet that students may use for study purposes.

The ERA (Evatt Residents Association) regularly organises events such as trivia night, end of year ball, winery tour, murder week and talent quest
