Blue Gum House

Conveniently located at our Central Coast campus, Blue Gum House is the smallest of Colleges offering an independent living environment in a picturesque location.  Its close knit community is home to 26 residents who live in unit style residences offering modern surroundings in a quiet study environment.  Blue Gum House is a great place to live and learn and encourages residents to develop their own identity and encourages personal growth and academic achievement.

College Life

Residents at Blue Gum are encouraged to participate in a varied calendar of activities including academic, social, cultural and sporting events.

Living Arrangements

Each Blue Gum resident has a private room with a single bed and ensuite. Blue Gum rooms also contain a wardrobe, study desk, shelves, chair, mirror, noticeboard, desk, lamp and heater. Kitchen, dining and lounge facilities are shared with other members of the unit.

Services and Facilities

The dining and lounge area is a popular area for students to socialise, relax and eat their meals with dining tables, chairs, lounge chairs coffee tables, television, DVD player, play station and Foxtel. Kitchens are fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster,electric fry pan, microwave oven, electric stove and fridge/freezer. Residents are also provided with a pantry space to store their non perishable food items.
