The University of Newcastle is the perfect venue for conference or meeting groups. Set in tranquil bushland, we offer comfortable fully furnished accommodation as well as a range of air conditioned function rooms.

Our accommodation is available from early December through to late January. Some rooms are available throughout the year.

Jesmond shopping centre is only minutes away with the City of Newcastle within 12 km for the beaches, Entertainment Centre and night life.

The University is wheelchair friendly with a number of bedrooms specially designed for disabled access. We can provide you with a mobility map for the University upon request.

Plenty of free parking is available at the residences - parking permits will be provided for your group to use during their stay.

Excellent bicycle pathways link the residential section to all buildings on the campus and surrounding areas. Locked storage facilities are provided for guests wishing to bring bicycles.

We have 24 hour patrols around the University by our friendly Security officers.
