Licence Agreements

The colleges offer licence agreements of one academic year or one semester to those students who are only studying for one semester or finishing their degree. Licence agreements of differing or shorter durations are only available in special circumstances. No refunds are provided where a student decides to leave prior to the conclusion of their licence agreement unless there are exceptional circumstances or are due to academic reasons. Room rates vary considerably in accordance with self-catered, semi-catered (five meals/week) or fully catered (sixteen meals/week) facilities.

Application Opening and Closing Dates

Semester 1 (February, start of year)

1 September - Opening date for applications (for both international and domestic students)
30 November - Closing date for international students
8 January - Closing date for domestic students

Semester 2 (July, mid-year intake)

1 April - Opening date for applications (for both international and domestic students)
31 May - Closing date for both international and domestic students

Please be aware that places are limited and demand is constantly very high. Therefore, there is no guarantee of success and it is recommended that students also look into off-campus accommodation options as a backup.
