Important information for students

You do NOT need to apply for off campus accommodation before arriving. Off campus accommodation is entirely privately owned and is not controlled by the university.
We firmly advise the following :

Do not sign any contracts for accommodation without first inspecting the property.
Do not ask friends to secure accommodation before you arrive.
Do not pay deposits or send money before physically sighting a property.
Do not pay money through a funds transfer to someone you don't know.

International Students : Be cautious of using wire transfer as a payment method because this payment may be very difficult to cancel by the time the fraud is reported.
