Student Academic Conduct Officers

Students' first contact for advice on academic conduct issues of teaching, learning and research, such as plagiarism, collusion, groupwork, and assessment issues, etc. is your lecturer/tutor.

Each School of the University has appointed a Student Academic Conduct Officer (SACO) who deals with all situations or cases of academic misconduct in their School. The SACO has a pivotal role in dealing with academic misconduct in a transparent, fair and consistent manner in accord with University policy. The SACO is a key contributor and reference person for the discussion of academic integrity matters pertaining to their Schools.
