Human Experimental Applied DynamicsMemory and Cognitive Development Laboratory

How well we remember things such as people, places, events, and facts influences almost all aspects of our everyday life.
Some forms of memory improve during the childhood years and appear decline in older adults, whereas others remain fairly stable across the lifespan.
The aim of the memory and cognitive development research group is to investigate which forms of memory change with age, and why these changes occur. The relationship between memory and intelligence is also being examined.
