The Aviation Management programs are designed for the continuing learning of specialists already employed in the aviation industry and are not entry point programs.

Completion of a degree program may increase the Graduate's employability or promotion prospects, however most students are enrolled because of an interest in human factors in aviation and in the usefulness of the management courses in their current work environment.
