The application process

Applicants can either:

1. Apply to Gradschool:

2. Lodge and application with the Univsersities Addmission Centre (Master of clinical Medicine (Leadership and Management) UAC Code 922660). the online UAC application is available in September each year (an application fee applies) at: www.uac.edu.au/postgraduate.

As part of the NSW Ministry of Health Senior Hospitalist Initative, the Ministry will sponsor a number of places in the Master of clinical Medicine (Leadership and Management) for selected NSW Health Candidates. Admission requirements

To be eligible to apply for admission to the Master of Clinical Medicine (Leadership and Management) program applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Provide evidence of a completed degree which qualifies the applicant to practise medicine in Australia.
  2. Provide evidence of current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) to work as a medical practitioner in Australia.
  3. Satisfy the University of Newcastle English Language proficiency requirements.
  4. Provide a Statement of Service verifying completion of a minimum of 3 years full-yime work in a clinical setting following the completion of a medical degree, that is, have 3 years prostgraduate medical experiance.
