  • German Diplom in Mathematics (1992) 1st class honours
    Thesis title: A generalisation of the structure theorem for groups on trees with fundamental domain to simply connected ordered sets
  • Ph.D. (1997),
    Thesis title: Cusps of Lattices in rank 1 groups over local fields.

  • Totally disconnected locally compact topological groups
  • Lie Groups, Algebraic Groups and their Buildings
  • Group Actions on graphs.
