Information for Contributors
The Newcastle Law Review is a refereed journal. Contributions are invited on any topic of legal interest. Preference will be given to manuscripts less than 12,000 words in length. Articles are accepted for consideration on the basis that they are not submitted elsewhere.
Contributions should be typed or word processed, double spaced, and on one side of the page only. Contributors should provide two paper copies of their manuscripts which should conform, as far as possible, with the requirements of the Australian Guide to Legal Citation. They may also be submitted as an attachment to an email.
Since 1 January 2002, The Newcastle Law Review has adopted the style of the Australian Guide for Legal Citation (AGLC). The 3rd edition of the AGLC can be viewed at http://mulr.law.unimelb.edu.au/go/AGLC3.
