Participants are asked to pre-register for the conference to assist with catering and other arrangements. Registration should be made by emailing the conference organisers at email@example.com with the word ‘registration’ in the subject line.
It will still be possible to attend the conference without preregistering and to register on site, but preregistration is requested where possible.
Conference registration fees are A$100 (waged) or A$50 (student/unwaged). (These fees include GST.)
Payment must be made by completing the University of Newcastle (ABN: 15 736 576 735) conference payment form. Please do not alter the form except to fill in your details.
Payment may be made by mail or fax, or in person at the University cashier. Full details are on the form. Payments can be made by Visa or Mastercard, or by $AUD Cheque or Money Order. Unfortunately we are not able to accept AMEX or Diners Club cards or cash.
Payments should be made in advance if possible, but payments can be processed at the conference if necessary.
Registration fees will be refunded in full on application to the conference organisers if you are unable to attend the conference.
