Contacts for International Students
If in the course of your studies you experience any problems with your courses in the School of Humanities and Social Science, please consider contacting the relevant Course Coordinator. If necessary, your Course Coordinator will liaise, or put you in touch, with the Student Hub, Program Coordinator or the Deputy Head of School, Teaching and Learning.
If you experience a problem that is not of an academic nature (this could be a financial, legal or emotional problem), you should contact the International Office, which is located in HA39, just on the outside of the Hunter building, behind the Bar on the Hill. The web page and email addresses for International Student Support are as follows:
http://www.newcastle.edu.au/students/international/student-support/
Other useful contacts include officers from various units who are dedicated to international students, including:
- Kai Chen (Library)
- Michael Romeo (Counselling)
- Dr Jill McKeowen and Keith Foggett (Centre for Teaching and Learning)
