Our Chemical Engineering degree program is renowned for its depth of content, high academic standards and relevance to today's modern industry. You will enjoy exceptional employment prospects, as our graduates are eagerly sought by industry, both nationally and internationally.

Chemical Engineering is offered as a single or as a combined degree program. Other degrees that are combined with Chemical Engineering include a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Mathematics and Bachelor of Business. These programs take approximately 5 years (fulltime) for completion.

Newcastle Undergraduate Chemical Engineering Society (NUChES) organise a number lively social events (free pizza lunches, barbeques, bowling nights, NUChES ball) throughout the year.   All Chemical Engineering are strongly encouraged to join this society and participate in these activities.
